Group Counselling for Women, Men & Teens
A guided group counselling program led by a qualified therapist, providing a safe and confidential space to explore experiences, build emotional resilience, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Sessions focus on areas such as stress, relationships, communication, identity, and emotional regulation, while equipping participants with practical coping tools and healthy communication skills. The program runs over five face-to-face sessions held fortnightly, with affordable fees and options for fee waivers for those experiencing hardship.
Online Group Coaching.
Our online group coaching program consists of 5 weekly sessions held on Zoom and led by a qualified facilitator with high-level expertise, professional qualifications, and extensive experience. This structured, goal-focused program helps individuals gain clarity, motivation, and direction in personal, emotional, or professional areas of life. Participants benefit from community accountability, peer support, and guidance, enhancing motivation, self-discipline, problem-solving, decision-making, confidence, and self-belief while working towards realistic goals.
Mental Health Training & Speaking
At Evolved Minds Clinic, we provide practical, engaging training designed to build awareness, resilience, and emotional intelligence. Our sessions help increase mental health literacy, reduce stigma around seeking help, improve communication and crisis-response skills, and create safer, more supportive environments. We tailor our workshops and talk for schools, workplaces, community groups, and parents, covering topics such as emotional wellbeing, trauma, supporting youth, recognising early signs, and safe responses.
youth Mentorship
A supportive mentoring program for youth navigating identity, relationships, school pressures, and family changes. The program provides emotional guidance, skill-building, spiritual grounding, and a safe space to talk, helping participants build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem. Youth feel heard and supported, gain positive role models, are encouraged to make healthy decisions, and benefit from guidance that nurtures their emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
Sunrise Sit Sessions
A serene and reflective sunrise gathering designed to support emotional healing, spiritual grounding, and a sense of community. Each session includes mindfulness exercises, gentle reflections, themed discussions, and quiet moments as the sun rises, creating a peaceful and uplifting start to the day. Outdoor Art Therapy Lite
A creative healing experience held outdoors, combining the calming effects of nature with expressive arts. Participants use art, movement, and mindfulness to explore emotions and build inner peace.
